Done pretending you’re fine?
I hold space for adults who have spent their lives caring for others, feel disconnected from themselves, their inner wisdom, or sense of purpose. Together, we move beyond survival mode and create space for regulation, clarity, alignment, and purpose.
I have a complicated relationship with the word healing.
In the spirit of transparency, I want to be upfront with you: I have a complicated relationship with the word healing.
Not because I don’t believe in it, but because the way we talk about it often misses the truth.
Healing rarely moves in a straight line or arrives as a final destination. It unfolds over time as people reconnect with themselves, their stories, and the parts of their lives that have shaped them.
Healing is not a finish line - it is a return to your truest self.
In our work together, healing is approached as a process of integration. We slow down enough to notice what has been carried in the body, in relationships, and in the deeper layers of experience.
Through curiosity, compassion, and presence, you begin to develop a different relationship with your thoughts, emotions, memories, and inner world so that more choice, clarity, and steadiness become possible.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.Hi there, I’m Mallory!

so relief isn’t just a moment, it’s a practice.
Your mind is busy but your body feels tired, tense, or on alert
You’re kind to everyone else but hard on yourself
Old wounds keep showing up in new ways, like in relationships, work, or self-worth
You want practical tools and a deeper sense of meaning
You might be here if…
If that resonates, you’re not broken, your system is asking for care.
How we’ll work, together
I use a blended approach to psychotherapy that allows you to speak your mind, attune to your body, and nurture your soul.
My clients often struggle with understanding and coping with their anxiety, depression, childhood wounds, spirituality and higher consciousness. I aspire to support my clients on their journey to accept, embrace, and truly love the version of themselves who they have always feared. If you want to fear less, feel more, and create the life you’ve always longed for, we’ll walk together to create space for growth and healing.
Speak Your Mindattune to your bodyNurture your soulSessions are somatic and integrative, drawing from EMDR, heart-centered hypnotherapy, and nervous-system education and regulation. These practices help your body release what it no longer needs so you can feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself.
What begins to shift
More ease in your body. Clearer boundaries. Softer self-talk. A steadier connection to who you are…even when life is loud.
Notes from within.
Thoughts and reflections on trauma, healing, and the quiet work of tending to what lives beneath the surface. These writings are an extension of my therapy practice and an invitation to slow down, notice, and stay with what matters.
